I just broke 70k on my space opera novel-in-progress!!!!!!!!!!
I’m pretty excited about reaching 70k words on this novel! That’s a lot of words, and I’ve only ever written that many words on a single project once before.
The kids are playing with a balloon, and Quinn is afraid of it. So he’s hiding on the couch with his eyes closed.
Oh no, poor guy, the kids blew up a second balloon. Now there are two of them — closing his eyes did not work!
