Oh no… Furvana just emailed dealers to ask if they want to buy lunch boxes…
This is bad because I’m realizing they almost certainly expect (and will allow for) dealers to eat those lunches at their tables…
Which, if true, essentially amounts to not enforcing their mask mandate in an actual meaningful way… a LEGAL way maybe… but not a way that will protect me from bringing covid home to my under-twelve child.
In retrospect this shouldn’t surprise me…
But I hadn’t thought of it. And…. the risk level for eating at an indoors restaurant (something I haven’t done in 18 months) is WILDLY different from the risk level for a room where everyone ACTUALLY WEARS THEIR MASKS THE WHOLE TIME.
Damn.
I was looking forward to Furvana… And maybe they have a plan I’m not aware of yet for handling dealers eating without endangering each other.
But I am very concerned. And yeah, I need to email them and find out what’s up.
But… damn… I feel stupid for not thinking of this.
