I’m approaching the end of Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, and I’m just totally baffled about how they’ll give it a satisfying end, given that it’s a prequel to a movie that’s set post-gelfling genocide and mid-podling genocide.
That’s a challenging mark to hit.

I have spent many hours watching The Dark Crystal movie and mini-series this weekend.
And it’s tempting to do it all over again.
Thraa is a gorgeous, epic world, and the Dark Crystal mini-series not only expands on the original movie but has actually cast it in a new light for me, making me see it with more depth, complexity, and possibility.
