The stars in her scales
Keep her in health
Twinkling & sparkling
Devouring any inkling
Any glimmer of danger
The slightest
The smallest
Virus
Doesn’t stand a chance
Not a chance
Not a glimmer
Not an inkling
Not when the stars are sparkling
(Keep on sparkling)
Her scales are iron
(A fortress around her)
And her heart beats powerfully
…untouched by a darkness:
Too weak
…to blot out stars
Too weak
…to find a way inside
Too small
…too insignificant
Next to a dragon
Whose scales are filled
With stars
Sparkle on
Sparkle on
…forever
