This otter’s favorite rock
Is a thunder egg
The way the crystals
—blue and clear—
Sparkle in the sunlight
Makes her think
Of waterfalls
—glassy creeks
Babbling brooks—
Everything an otter needs
To make a water park
Under the summer sun
