Angry animals,
Glaring at you,
From every direction,
Making you wonder:
What did you do?
To earn their ire?
But then a friend!
A happy face!
The quokka is glad,
You’re in this place,
And smiles and smiles,
Sharing with all,
Their joyful inner fire.
