The universe is being built
Over and over again
Piece by piece
By every mind that wakes up in it
We discover single facets
Ever reaching out for more
Building up a model
Of our shared cradle
Seen with eyes
Tasted with tentacles
Wrangled to turn one way
And then another
Always trying to find
The shape it’s built from
The shape that builds us
But as we grow
We become the makers
Of a world seen by those
Newly awakening
The ribbon of reality flips over
The observer becomes the observed
In an everlasting Möbius strip of life
