In the last two days, I’ve made covers for 11 of the 12 books FurPlanet dropped.
All four Otters In Space books are already back on Kindle.
It’ll take a little longer to get the rest of my books back up, get wider e-book distribution, and paperbacks. But that’s all on the way.
Quick note: in the cases where the covers for the new editions of my novels have a similar layout or design in any way to the FurPlanet releases, that’s because it was something I described in the first place, before anything was ever handed off to an artist.
Making new covers for so many of my books at once feels like trying to grow myself a new skin. My old skin fell off and all my organs were just spilled all over the floor, getting squished.
This is part of why I am making them myself this time. If it’s my skin, I want to own it.
