Fuzzy kitten
Small and sweet
Tiny ears and tiny feet
Give it time
And kittens grow
So, so fast
Faster than you know
Now there’s a cat
Where the kitten was
It’s enough to give one pause
Longer tail and fluffier fur
But deep inside
Beats the same heart as before
